While we don't offer furnished apartments directly at The Point, we're happy to partner with CORTS Furniture Rental for convenient, flexible furnishing solutions.
Every apartment at The Point features modern stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, and oven/range for your convenience.
Yes! All units at The Point include convenient full-sized in-unit washer and dryer, giving you plenty of capacity to do laundry on your own schedule without leaving your apartment.
Our resort-style pool and deck areas are available from dusk until dawn, with daily hours from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. As a bonus, Point residents also have access to the pools at The Miles and The Signal communities!
The Point Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Plus, as a resident, you also have 24/7 access to the fitness centers at The Miles and The Signal communities for even more workout options!
Yes, The Point features controlled access entry using KeyFob technology. You can also use your smartphone as a digital key for added convenience and security.
Yes! The Point offers convenient covered parking located underneath the building with elevator access directly to your floor. Parking is $100 per month for your first vehicle and $150 for your second vehicle. Alternatively, you can park one vehicle at The Point ($100) and one at The Signal ($75) for added flexibility.
Yes! The Point is equipped with ChargePoint electric vehicle charging stations, making it easy to charge your EV right at home.

Leasing Process & Utilities

Applications are typically approved within 48-72 hours. In many cases, you'll hear back even sooner, but please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
Yes! We offer flexible short-term leases starting at 6 months, perfect for those needing temporary housing or who prefer shorter lease commitments.
Corporate leases are not currently available at The Point. However, we'd be happy to discuss alternative leasing options that might work for your business needs.
Yes! Call the leasing office for information for all the current specials.
Subletting is not permitted at The Point. All residents must be listed on the lease agreement and approved through our standard application process.
We offer convenient rent payment options through the LOFT Resident Portal, as well as FLEX and BILT payment services to make paying rent easy and flexible.
Yes, renters insurance is required for all residents. Your policy must include at least $100,000 in personal liability coverage, and you'll need to list The Point – Greystar (PO BOX 115009, Carrollton, TX 75011-5009) as an interested party on your policy.
Your monthly rent does not include utilities.

Setting up your electric service is easy! Simply call Duke Progress Energy at 919-508-5400 or visit duke-energy.com/home to establish service in your name before your move-in date.

Cable and internet services are provided exclusively through Spectrum and are already installed in your apartment. On your move-in day, you'll receive an email with your WiFi password so you can connect immediately.

Location & Neighborhood

Absolutely! The Point offers direct access to GoRaleigh public transportation, making it easy to commute throughout the city without a car.
The Point is located in an excellent school district. Public school options include Conn Elementary, Oberlin Middle School, and Needham Broughton High School. Private school options nearby include Sacred Heart Cathedral School and Saint Mary's School.

Yes! All packages and deliveries are accepted at our leasing office and securely stored in our dedicated package room for easy pickup at your convenience.

Maintenance requests are easy! Simply submit a ticket through the LOFT Resident Portal, or call our emergency maintenance line at (984) 468-6913 for urgent issues that need immediate attention.

We take maintenance seriously! All requests are handled promptly through the LOFT system, ensuring your issues are tracked and resolved quickly by our professional maintenance team.
No, you don't need to be present for maintenance visits. When submitting your LOFT maintenance request, simply indicate whether you're comfortable with our team entering your apartment while you're away. We always respect your preferences.

Before you move in, our team conducts a thorough inspection and professional preparation of your apartment. We complete all necessary maintenance, touch-ups, and cleaning, test all appliances and utilities, and ensure everything meets our high community standards so you can feel at home from day one.

Pet Policy

Yes! The Point is a pet-friendly community. We welcome your furry family members with open arms.

We charge a one-time pet fee per pet. This helps us maintain our beautiful pet-friendly grounds and amenities. Visit our Floorplans Page, or contact us today for more information.

For the safety of all residents and pets, we follow standard breed restrictions. Restricted breeds include Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chows, and Wolf-hybrids. Exceptions may be made for certified Emotional Support Animals with proper documentation.
